Who We Are

Legacy Connection is a Cincinnati-based, professional, membership community organized for the purpose of accelerating entrepreneurial success. In order to accelerate YOUR success and that of all of our small business owner members, we focus on these four pillars for sustainable success:

  • Support: Success begins by surrounding yourself with a community of people that understand your trials, triumphs, needs and wants. In other words, success begins with belonging to a community that knows what it takes to succeed! We surround you with peers and experts that not only understand you and your circumstances; they are vested in your success as a fellow community member!
  • Accountability: Your success is your own and you need to own it! We're here to help but "the buck stops" here when you're building a great business. (Our small group program is built on this principle!)
  • Connections: We have an extensive network of resources to support your success. We encourage our members to seek "strategic connections"-people that can help us move forward in our business (not just people who will buy from us). Many times this begins with asking the question, "What can I do for you?".
  • Knowledge: Legacy Connection is above all a knowledge network. Learning from each other, as opposed to returning to the "school of hard knocks", is one of the most efficient ways to accelerate success. By surrounding yourself with a diverse group of people that are all focused on entrepreneurial success YOU will also be more successful!

Why focus on diversity? It's very simple: In order to ensure that we maximize learning and support within our community, we need members from various backgrounds with lifetimes of experiences to share!.

Our members include:

  • Business Builders: proactive, rather than passive, owners of small to medium-sized companies
  • Intrapreneurs: employees that have an entrepreneurial role within their company such as marketing and sales professionals
  • Non-Profit Directors: those operating their non-profit based on good business practices
  • Individuals in transition: those in career or life transition that are either seeking entreprneeurial opportunity or would like to take control of their transition utilizing our proactive principles of Take Control!
  • Resource Partners: experts that provide a product or service used by our Business Builders
  • Strategic Connectors: our “eyes and ears” in the community, connecting us to potential members/organizations
  • Trainers: experts that teach in small group, facilitated, interactive training sessions
  • Mentors: experienced business builders that share their knowledge and guide the success of others based on their experience and training
